How much is shipping charge?
Shipping charge is $4.99 for order under $15, $14.99 for order from $15 to $99.99, $19.99 for order from $100 to $199.99, $29.99 for order from $200 to $299.99, $39.99 for order over $300. Shipping will be free for local pickup.

How long does shipping take?
We normally ship within 5 business days with grounds delivery service.
Will I be charged for taxes?
There will be a 9.75% CA sales tax for order shipped to California and local pickup.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love everything you buy from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it back to us within 2 weeks for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund, less 15% restocking fee. The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Custom made frames cannot be return, there is no exception.
